Using Symantec's Ghost:
If you are using Windows 2000 or XP as your file server for ghosting,
you need add an entry to the registry or the ghosting process may be very slow:
Create a REG_DWORD value called TcpWindowSize under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
It should be set to 8192 (decimal)
When you run ghost you also need to run with the command line as follows:
ghost -buffersize=8
